We believe in investing in our people, and in our communities, for the long-term. Here is how we do it: through honoring our people, providing new opportunities, and respecting the health of our lands and resiliency of our resources, we are able to connect with our communities in meaningful, impactful ways.

We Contribute to Our Communities By:

Supporting the local workforce by creating long-term employment

Routinely donating food to local organizations that help those in need

Providing food security in areas where access to healthy food is limited

Sourcing materials and services from local suppliers wherever possible

Funding college scholarships for local high school students

Creating paid internships to engage students in agriculture

Support During Covid-19

At the outset of the pandemic, we were well placed to help individuals and families by sending PPE and food donations to communities in California. Through this difficult season and beyond, we will continue to support organizations dedicated to ending hunger as a key aspect of fulfilling our mission.
